2009 is off to a very busy start with a few projects on the go but also some new developments.
Firstly I would like to thank Jim Strom and the Saskatchewan Country Music Showcase at Moose Jaw’s Country 100 / 100.7FM for conducting a two part interview with me. Part 1 was on Dec 11th at 8:30pm (sorry for not notifying you earlier) and Part 2 to will be Dec 18th at 8:30pm. It’s always appreciated when people recognize the work that you do....Thanks Jim!
Secondly I have teamed up with friend and colleague Jason Brinkworth to provide an exciting new service called STUDIO DRUM TRACKS ONLINE. This will give songwriters, home recording guys or other studios an opportunity to have professionally played and recorded drum tracks on their project. Click on the link to read more!
Thirdly…putting on my Canadian Nashville Express hat now! Billy Block and I are happy to see JJ Voss will be participating in our program March 1st -8th. We are in the middle of putting together his week long itinerary. Some of the confirmed schedule as of date will consist of writing sessions with Clayton Bellamy of the Road Hammers and Larry Wayne Clark of Brainchild Music. JJ Voss will be also appearing on the Billy Block Sunday Radio Show on WKDF103 and the Tuesday night Billy Block Showcase Night and a NEW Billy Block Wednesday Night Show in Murfreesboro. This is just a start to an exciting week in stored of JJ Voss and his ventures down in Nashville, Tenn. JJ’s program will be available for viewing on the Can/Nash website a couple weeks after his return.
